The $20k sales page that did nothing

A client had just hired me, and I learned he spent $20,000 designing the sales page for their online course. Yes, $20k just on the page design.

And man, was it beautiful.

If you were to show this page to the average person, they’d ooh and ahh and say, “You did a great job with this page. It’s beautiful.” And it was.

But did it make sales? Nada. Not a dime.

Tons of effort went into the look of the page. But little went into the words.

Remember, it’s words that sell.
